Return Policy

We are glad that we have made a huge part of Human hair user society Happy and satisfied! For those very few unhappy customers, we hereby list out our Return/Refund/Exchange policy.

We accept the return of the products within 7 days from the receipt of the goods.

PLEASE CHECK THE PRODUCTS BEFORE USE.

PROCEDURE

Please inform us about the problem immediately through email: r2rhair@gmail.com for further correspondence.

The hair can be sent back to us. All the charges for freight to India, Indian custom duty and other charges shall be levied on your side only. We are not responsible for these charges.

On the receipt of our goods, we shall subject it for inspection for the originality and condition of the goods.

Once the checking is completed we shall replace the hair or refund the amount through our bank after passing through accounting department.

Condition for retuning the Goods

All hair should be unclipped/ untied and should be in the same packaging [with all labels and tags intact]

The hair should be unused and unwashed.

The hair should not be subjected to any form of Chemical treatment, like dyeing, coloring, curl, straightening, softening, bleaching, etc.

The hair should not be installed, weaved, or braided, etc.

IMPORTANT FEDERAL LAW

Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we adhere to a strict policy with regards to exchanging or return of merchandise. All items sent to us for exchange or return will be inspected thoroughly. IF THE ITEM IS REMOVED FROM THE BUNDLE AND USED IN ANY VISIBLE MANNER, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for the merchandise. This includes combing, brushing, washing, dying, curling, braiding, spraying, wearing, etc.
